    it's called 2257, and it's being pushed by Alberto Gonzales. There's too much info on it to post here, and not go on for days. so just give 'er a google.
    
    I shall hopefully be seeing you in Europe within the next few years, after this law goes into effect, I'd like to go to Canada, and make my way there eventually.
